Where we work

Our crews are based in Meridian and work throughout the surrounding Treasure Valley, covering Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City, and Middleton. This stretch of southwest Idaho runs from older Boise and Garden City neighborhoods with aging cast iron and galvanized plumbing, out to newer Meridian and Eagle subdivisions still settling on their foundations, to the farm-adjacent edges of Star and Middleton where well water and septic systems bring their own set of problems. Technicians hold IICRC Water Damage (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications, so the drying and moisture-mapping approach stays consistent no matter which city the call comes from.

Coverage by distance

Meridian, Boise, Eagle, and Garden City sit closest to our base and typically see the fastest turnaround simply because of drive time. Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, and Middleton are all regular service stops, though a call coming from the far edge of Caldwell or out past Star will naturally queue a bit behind one coming from Meridian or Boise, especially during Treasure Valley rush hour on I-84 or Eagle Road. We don’t promise a specific arrival window, but every call gets triaged by severity, not just order received, so active flooding or sewage backups jump ahead of a scheduled mold inspection.
